Team Sampson

We're working to end cancer … and we need your help!

On Saturday, December 8th, 2018, we are participating in the 13th annual Miles for Moffitt run/walk event. Team Sampson is running in memory of our dear friend Lauren Sampson who lost her battle with Leukemia in 2014. Shortly thereafter, her mother Sandy was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Both were patients at Moffitt Cancer Center, and received world-renowned treatment for their diseases. Although Lauren is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in her mother – who has been cancer free since 2016.

Every dollar of every team member's registration fee … and every dollar our fundraising efforts bring in … go completely to support lifesaving cancer research at Moffitt Cancer Center. Moffitt researchers are at the very front lines of the effort to defeat cancer. They've already made so many amazing breakthroughs, and cancer patients here in Florida and around the world have benefited from their efforts.

That's why we're asking you to support Team Sampson in our Miles for Moffitt run — either by signing up to participate yourself (we’d love to have you on the team!), or by giving a tax-deductible gift to support our efforts. Whether you can give $10 or $1,000, every penny will help bring closer the day when cancer is beaten. Please do what you can to help.

Thank you so much!

Love, Team Sampson
